12 Step Family Guide to a Green Earth
It has always been a passion of mine to make some type of stance when it comes to what is happening with this precious earth of ours. I am by no means an activist who stands on the street corners shouting out my opinions. In fact not all that long ago I was like many of you. Believing that I as one single person really could not do anything that would significantly make a difference to better this planet.
Slowly though I can to the realization that it has to start somewhere for if I and everyone else where to continue with that type of attitude, then really what would be the legacy that I would be leaving for my future family.
The thought of any child whether related to me or not breathing in filthy air, suffering from respiratory problems, eating insecticide infested foods and the list goes on and on, was just an unbearable thought.
I see those heart wrenching pictures on television of those destitute children in other countries. These children suffer from so many things yet if we look at the way the world is headed, how many years will it be before the children of all countries are facing the same plight as these dear little ones. That is enough for me to at least put forth a valiant effort.
It began with my own little contributions, many of which you will find in this book The 12 Step Family Guide To a Green Earth. I can only speak for myself when I say that just these little steps in the right direction have had a powerful impact on my life and in my own small way on the earth.
Perhaps the most significant things of all that I noted though is that my new approach to life is contagious. This very fact alone is what makes this approach so exciting. Many of the things I am doing now to assist the environment,many of my friends and family members are as well. Now that is progress That is change for the better! And I can tell you this same most rewarding experience awaits you.
Incidentally I must say that you will not have heard the last from me as far as this book goes. I am experiencing new and wonderful world changing things everyday and I have every intention of sharing them with you in future books.
